A commission is confirmed only upon written acceptance and receipt of the stated deposit. Routes, stays and suppliers are assigned at the house's discretion and held in confidence. The client agrees that all coordinates, memos and materials remain the property of theindiaproject.world and are shared under an expectation of confidentiality.

theindiaproject.world coordinates independent third-party suppliers — transport, accommodation, permits, aviation and rail. While every leg is audited six times, theindiaproject.world is not liable for acts of God, weather, seismic or road events, acts of government, permit withdrawal, strikes, or the negligence or default of any third-party supplier. Where a leg fails, a pre-identified contingency is deployed at no additional coordination fee; third-party costs remain the client's responsibility. Total liability is limited to the coordination fee received.
