theindiaproject.world

The seal, the palette, the voice — the instrument every asset is cut from.

IThe Seal
· SURVEYED · SEALED · ASSIGNED · THEINDIAPROJECT·WORLD EST · UNDER SEAL
theindiaproject.world

The sun is the mark — a coordinate stamp, not a logo. It reads as a document that has been closed and authorised, never as a brand competing for attention.

Primary use: gold-on-ink. It may be pressed blind (tone-on-tone) on stationery, or struck once in wax-red for a single point of emphasis. It is never stretched, recoloured beyond these three, or set on a photograph.

IIThe Palette
Ink#0B0B0C
Ink II#111114
Bone#E9E3D6
Bone Dim#A49D8D
Gold#C2A15A
Wax#7C2427

Ink carries everything. Bone is the voice. Gold is the single hairline of authority — used sparingly, never as fill. Wax is struck once per surface, for the one thing that must be sealed.

IIIThe Type
India is not a destination.
It is a route.
Cormorant Garamond · Light 300 / Italic · Display & voice
LAT 8°–37° N · LON 68°–97° E
Space Mono · 400 / 700 · Coordinates, labels, the instrument register

Two typefaces, two jobs. The serif speaks; the mono measures. Body copy is set in EB Garamond for long-form legibility. Nothing else is admitted.

IVThe Voice

The house speaks, never a person.

Correspondence never uses "I", and never names itself. It assigns, surveys, confirms. Authority is institutional, quiet, and absolute.

We assign — we do not advertise.

Stays are revealed in sealed memos, never displayed. Language evokes; it never sells. Every commitment reads as an experience, not an offer.

Struck this way
  • "Every coordinate is walked before it is offered."
  • "The frontier is not closed. It is coordinated."
  • "Discussed with no one."
  • Numbers only when sourced.
Never this way
  • "We offer luxury tour packages!"
  • "Book now — limited availability."
  • "I'd love to help you plan…"
  • Unsourced statistics of any kind.
VThe Signature — one form, everywhere
surveyed, sealed, assigned

NO SERIAL "AND". THREE WORDS. IDENTICAL IN META, HERO, FOOTER, SEAL, CARD, AND SOCIAL.
